We recommend you to apply for every available room, on every possible website, because there is a lot of competition and not a lot of rooms. It’s essential to register as soon as possible because on many websites you may have to wait a long time before being considered for housing. In some regions this can take years, so this is really a MUST!

Sign up through our website. Complete the form as complete as possible, including all the preferences your room should meet.

After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email from our room rental department.
Step 3
Recieve offers
Once we have a new room available or one is expected to become available soon. Our system selects 5 candidates based on the preferences provided. The 5 individuals will receive an email with all the details about the available space. The sign-up button included in the email is only available for 3 working days. If not clicked, our system automatically searches for a new candidate who can view the room.

The time you have to wait for a accommodation depends on which city you want to live in. It is possible that we find accommodation within a week but it is also possible that it could take way longer. Due to the high demand in the Netherlands we recommend that you sign up for as many student housing as possible not just on our site to raise you chances.
